All appointments are booked online via the 'Book Now' button. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is payable on the day by cash or card.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so via the booking system or get in touch at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Please arrive with natural, product-free nails. Roshni does not work over another technician's work.

To preserve the calm, considered atmosphere of the studio:

Please attend alone. Plus-ones — including children and pets — are not permitted. Arriving with a guest or pet will result in a cancellation, with the remaining balance due.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Early arrivals may not be accommodated before their slot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full treatment cost will be retained.

Life happens — if you're running behind, please let Roshni know as soon as possible. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

Arriving between 10 and 15 minutes late may result in a downgrade of your service (for example, a detailed nail art set may be simplified to a single pigment). The original service price will still apply, as that time was reserved for you.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation, with the full treatment cost retained.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, will result in a charge of the remaining 50% balance. No new bookings can be made until this is settled.

Roshni reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Any changes to your appointment must be requested at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp, email, or DM.

If you change or downgrade your service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the originally booked service — that time was set aside specifically for you.

Treatments booked outside regular working hours, or those extending into after-hours, will incur an additional 20% fee. To arrange an after-hours appointment, please send Roshni a DM — these are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Roshni does not remove acrylic nails. If you currently have these, please ensure they are fully removed before your appointment.

If you need a repair following your appointment, Roshni offers a three-day complimentary fix policy. This can be booked directly through the booking system.

Gift cards are available to purchase via the booking app. Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any online booking.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale is prohibited.
