Policy

  • All bookings can be made through the ‘book now’ button. All bookings will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee which will be deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the online booking system or get in touch 48 hours before your appointment.

    Please arrive with natural nails, as Roshni does not work over other technicians' work.

  • To maintain a calm, relaxing environment:

    Please attend alone; plus-ones (including children and pets) are not permitted. Arriving with a child or pet will result in a cancellation, and the remaining balance will be due.

    Arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early, we may not be able to accommodate you before your slot. Being 15+ minutes late will lead to a cancellation, with the full treatment cost retained. New bookings require a new deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

    If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the appointment cost. No new bookings can be made until this fee is paid.

    Roshni reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Treatments booked outside regular working hours, or those extending into after-hours, will incur an additional 20% fee. To book an after-hours appointment, please send Roshni a DM; these are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Any changes to your appointment must be requested at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp, email, or DM. While Roshni will do her best to accommodate, adjustments are subject to availability.

    Same-Day Amendments: If you change your service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the originally booked service (e.g., switching from detailed nail art to a plain color will still incur the full nail art charge as that time was reserved for you).

  • Running late? We get it, life happens, but we do ask that you give Roshni a heads up if you are running behind schedule. Roshni has a 10-minute grace period for all appointments, any later and we cannot guarantee your service. There will be a £5 late fee added to your bill if you are over 10 minutes late and your treatment is still able to go ahead.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full service fee will be charged.

  • Roshni does not remove acrylic nails or hard gel, if you have these, please ensure it is removed before your appointment.

    Roshni does not work over other tech’s work, so please make sure to come with product free nails.

    We don’t expect you to need a fix, but if you find you do, Roshni has a three-day free fix policy. This can be booked through the app/website.

  • Gift cards are available to buy via our booking app. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are valid for online booking.

    Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, they are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
